Very tasty indeed. At least it made my mouth water. Air fryers are convenient and easy to clean. It's great for hotdogs and reheating pizza. I'll see you for the Sunday shave.
My son bought a pork belly yesterday, 12lbs + I think with skin on. He's making smoked bacon with half and burnt tips with the rest...it's a BBQ thing. Keep your eyes peeled for the chocolate primotali peppers, Paul. Coming in at a minimum of 2.2 million scovilles, it is possibly one of the hottest peppers ever. Seeds are available online. Oh, and my missus says thank you very much for putting us onto that superb bakers in Mold!

Hi Paul hope you and Mrs H are well, Wow !! that looks nice spicy pork Adobo with Scotch bonnet chilli must have a good kick to it. The spices are from a shop in Llangollen if so I'll go and have a look hopefully next Saturday on our way to the Rhug estate in Corwen. Just got in about 7.30 been out all day a bit off shopping with the other half and my son came with us as well, In Wrexham for 11 am for 2 hours and off to Cheshire Oaks in Ellesmere Port and we had tea there at Old Hall Farm on the outskirts of Cheshire Oaks it's a nice restaurant.
