When i was still working for PAL there in Honolulu, i remember that it was already a requirement to bring the birth certificates of minors just to prove that they are travelling with their parents.
Ah Ok, the last time we travel back to Philippines was 2018 and no requirement, PAL never mention anything about the said birth certificates. Wife went back home and grabbed kids documents. Mahalo for watchin'.
Well maybe it depends on the rules of the airline. Because i remember that PAL was strict on having those kind of docs back in 2008 when i was still working for them.
@@benjlove11 The only documents you need back then if "One parent" travel with kids then needs "Travel Child Consent". Coz we did that back then in 2013.
