I'm taking Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences, it is such an informative documentary in regard to the status of our fishery as well as its ecology 5 yrs ago. I hope that those laws and regulations implemented by our local government fulfill its goal, which is to sustain our economic demand without harming our ecosystems. thank you, GMA specially Atom Araullo I hope you'd make another documentary about this again.

napakaganda ng pag feature mo sa karagatan at mga endangered species. Sana lang walang bail para sa mga lumalabag kasi paulit ulit lang nilang gagawin yan. Kapag naubos ang isda or yamang dagat, Pilipino ang magdurusa. IWASAN ang PAG AABUSO. Ang yamang dagat ay dapat ingatan.

I'm an expat from Canada 🇨🇦. I wonder if the government have some sort of affordable "life insurance" for small fishermen. I also wonder if somebody's advocating for them, the farmer's and fishermen feeds our nation. *Community advocacy is part of social services.

Ito ang pinaka perfect docu from GMA with ATOM napaka details at kahit pinapanood mo lang parang kasama ka na din sa kwento at dahil dito mapapamahal ka talaga sa mga marine species at maiisip mong wow ganito pala kahirap kumuha ng isda para ka lang kumita at tayo nmn ay walang kahirap hirap sa pagkain nito, its not that kasi pinaghirapan din naman natin ang pera bago mapasa kamay natin.. but its not too late pahalagahan pa rin natin ang mga mangingisda... kudos atom araullo napakagaling na documentaries

Very glad that biologists botanist are getting aware conscious and acknowledging or how important it is the protection of marine life in all kinds of species from the ocean to the lives of people and any form of abuse suc as in catching them should be discourage curtailed and simply throwing any trash plastic bottles to the sea should be penalized or be fined and educate the people from tender age Thank you

Di na bago pagdating sa paggawa ng docu ang GMA tungkol sa karagatan, may mga napanood na ako na ginawa sa ibang episodes ng born to be wild, but this PHILIPPINE SEAS docu is the bomb! Kinikilabutan ako ang ganda ng bawat shots and yung mga linya ni atom sa bawat topic e masasabi mo talaga na bihasa na sya at may karapatang gumawa ng docu sa GMA.. congratulations sa boong team! Ang ganda ng intro. The dolphins, Sardines. and yung sinabi ni Atom sa huli na "Bago pa man natin sila Bulabugin, alalahanin natin na sila ang tunay na may-ari ng karagatan!" I strongly agree!!!! At nakaakgalit naman talaga yung ginagawa sa mga sharks and pawikan. papatayin sila para lang sa napaka-babaw na dahilan. @49:20

Mas lalo ako'ng humanga sayo Sir Atom. Magkaiba man tayo ng pananaw sa pulitika pero dito ramdam ko ang pagmamahal mo sa mga kapwa natin nilalang sa mundong to at ang pag aalala mo sakanila. grabe, this is very informative and inspiring. Hindi nasayang at naging makabuluhan ang 1 hour ng panonood ko nito. I discovered a lot of things about our yamang tubig and felt what Atom felt in every stories people shares with him. Salute to Atom and his team for giving us a very informative documentary. Nakakatuwa din na ang galing ng story telling. Napaka linaw at kusa tayong makakaramdam ng iba't ibang emotions. I am looking forward to more of this at sana mapanood ng lahat ito.

Isang dokyumentaryong magmumulat satin kung gaano kahalaga ang ating karagatan at ang mga naninirahan nilalang dito. Sana tayong mga tao na pangunahing nakikinabang ay magkaroon ng kamalayan na protekhan at pangalagahan ang ating likas yaman. Maraming salamat I-Witness Team, sa isang makabuluhan at napakagandang dokyumentaryong ito.👍

Tumulo luha ko kay tatay na 30mins nakipag buno sa tuna para ma e angat nya yong isda.. ang tatay ko ay mangingisda din (nanghuhuli din sya ng tuna) ngayon ko lang nakita at nakakita na ganyan pala buhay ng tatay ko pag pumapalaot sya sobrang hirap pala. Di pa ako pinapanganak mangingisda na tatay ko hanggang ngayon mangingisda parin sya, 29 na ako ano ba yan bakit ako naiyak , pero hndi kumikita masyado ang mangingisda sa ganyang labanan. Laging yong naangkat ng isda ang malaki ang kinikita.. salamat sa documentary na to!

In Europe, almost all of people are aware of how much important the nature where we live, of how the our planet is breaking apart, of how mathematically our planet will be for the next generation, of how to respect natures and animals we are living with, of how human is just part of nature and not superior among everyone, of how many lives extincted after billion of evolution disappeared in just a century, and of how many are suffering nowadays and will be the next, humans aren't an exception. It's because there's always a nature documentary in our televisions that open our eyes from the reality, I think the Philippines needs to air more about nature documentary of the entire world, like National Geographic, Focus, Animal Planet, Discovery Channel ecc, and not just in the Philippines, to know how life really works, because we are all living in the same place.🌱✌️.

True. Not every household in the Philippines can afford cable TVs or Netflix subscriptions. These kind of documentaries are only aired very late at night after all the teledramas which is sad. Our tv networks think that if they show these at peak hours, they'll lose some viewers.

watching these kinds of documentary made me want to work as a conservationalist or biologist. i want to be a part of a good change. i want to help protect our oceans, environment and our wildlife, kase sayang eh, ang ganda ganda ng biodiveristy natin tapos nasisira lamang. nakakalungkot. ma apektohan din kase tayo pag nasisira ang kalikasan. i hope everybody thinks the same as me. we can always help by doing the simpliest things we can do, katulad ng proper disposal of garbage, saka pagdonate or support sa mga non-government org na nag aim sa pag-savee at protekta sa kalikasan, mahalaga din ang pag spread ng awareness sa iba. let's not be selfish people. let's respect, save and protect our environment.

The lesson learn of this documentary is "Kung sino pa ang kumokuha nga ating pagkain, sila pa yung walang makain".. gaya din ng mga magsasaka.kaya dapat pahalagahan natin ang kalikasan dahil dito tayo nabubuhay.kaya proud ako na sa agricultura ako nabubuhay.💖

sa wakas natapos ko rin panoorin... Sobrang daming aral ang makukuha mo. kaya fav. kong manood ng mga documentary dahil napupulutan talaga ng maganda at pwede ikaw rin mismo ang tulay para makatulong sa pag unlad ng ating bansa. dahil sa aral na natutunan mo pede mong i apply ito .. galing ni atom araullo :) God bless.
