I'm back in my hometown.
After ten long years, I am finally back in my lovely place.
It's a good feeling, a mix of emotions and memories - reminiscing about past experiences, reliving fond memories, and reflecting on how things have changed since I was back home.

"A mother's desire to see her children back home"
A year before, my mother was not feeling well. She asked us to come home and said she wanted to see her grandchildren. That request made us realize how much she longed to see us.
We meticulously planned the dates when we were all available, and finally, here we are, complete for the first time.
There was a sense of completeness in the simple act of being together.
The clinking of utensils, the exchange of anecdotes, and the laughter that resonated through the walls created a harmonious melody; reconnecting with old friends, revisiting favorite places, and immersing yourself in the familiar can be exhilarating.
In each embrace and shared moment, the reunion becomes a reaffirmation that family is the central chapter in the grand narrative of life, and the love shared is the timeless plot that binds everyone together.
I proudly present my hometown, Anda Bohol, Philippines, a municipality in the eastern part of Bohol. It is known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and natural attractions.
One of the most well-known is Anda's Quinale Beach, a stretch of fine white sand lined with coconut trees. The beach is quieter and less crowded than other famous beaches in the country.
One of the reasons why we came back home was for my son to get baptized. When my son was born, the pandemic started. We never got the chance to let him baptized in Japan.
At the age of four, finally, he's ready to take this significant step in his spiritual journey. To Ninong and Ninang, We are grateful for your presence in this sacred moment, and we look forward to the beautiful role you will play in our child's life.
Our little bondings have left an indelible mark on our hearts. It was an unforgettable experience and the happiest moment my son and I will cherish forever.
