The Philippines also has many languages, over 100+. Filipino accents are also different depending on which dialect they use the most at home.

Now that I'm older I don't like it when Philippines is categorised as the best in english cause we tend to overdo it that we forget our native tongue. I love filipino languages. I wish also that Filipino language is not only categorised at Tagalog but all the dialect are also acknowledge as a national language cause the Philippines is very unique in that way. We speak very differently from one another. I like it.

Only Filipino subjects are taught in tagalog .the rest are taught in english. Educational system are paterned in American educational system. Most of our school books are written by American author.

The Filipina in the video sounds like a typical Filipino who didn’t grow up speaking English... I can easily hear her accent of a typical Filipino who grew up speaking English at school or at work only. Her Filipino accent is strong, unlike those Filipino-born English speakers who sounded near Americans.

The Philippines is grateful because America granted the Philippines its independence. I think the word “worship” is too cynical. It is difficult to retrieve their old cultures when they have been invaded a lot of times being the country a passageway for trade around the world. 🌈🌈🌈🥰🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏
