Living in the Philippines these are the top reasons I find expats get murdered in the country. This is from a personal viewpoint from things I have seen, people I know or have known over the years. I simply say it as it is for people to take precautions and make sure they take care of themselves. We often blind ourselves to the real risks as expats in the Philippines because of the happy lifestyle we are often surrounded with. I find myself that the Philippines is a bit like a slap in the face as you walk along the street minding your own business. Things can happen very quickly and spiral out of control just as fast. It is often the people we trust most that can be our biggest risk and I put this video together for people to have a think about.
I have lived in the Philippines since 2007 until we moved to Spain in 2014 although we still maintain a life in the Philippines and looking to return for business and vacations.
