A bi-lateral workshop between the Republic of the Philippines and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam was recently held in beautiful Yokohama, Japan. In a landscape blanketed with falling cherry blossoms, experts and scholars from these two countries engaged in vigorous consultation and critical thinking, guided and hosted by the Tokyo-based National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), and the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS).
