The noise level depends on the 1-3 settings with how hard you want the machine to work. You can also upgrade the filters and get one better for pet hair and smells which is a must have in my home. I noticed the air seemed lighter and easier to breathe when running the machine for the first time. Works great every time. Highly recommended!
This video is not enough and doesn't prove anything. When it comes to air purifer, efficiency is number 1. Consumers want efficiency on top of quality. Philips, I would suggest you do a timelapse video. Fill the room with smoke, dust particles, etc. and conduct a test on how long does it take for your air purifiers to clean the air inside your test chamber/room. If you do this. I guarantee you will beat your competitors namely Dyson, Blueair, Coway, Honeywell or even Levoit.

Hi, thanks for your comment. You can leave your Air Purifier running 24/7 by using the sleep mode at night, or use it a couple of hours per day as you see fit. We generally do advise to leave your Air Purifier on all day if possible, since the air will be cleaner the longer you leave it on. As for the number 7 that’s showing, it might be an indication that the filter needs to be replaced. Hi Ahmed. We advise that you do not use the Air Purifier when the window are open. That way, the room suddenly gets a lot bigger. 😉 As for how long you have to use it for, that depends on the quality of the air it has to purify, but the machine itself will know when the air is clean and will notify you. How do I make the display be turned on all the time? It was at first but now it turns of after a few secondsnno matter what setting it is, even when not in night mode. Cant find any info online. The model is Philips ac2939/10. Thanks in advance
If your Philips air purifier comes with the option to preset it to turn off automatically, like a timer on devices or a program in the app, then this option might be set and caused the purifier to turn off. Check the settings of the device timer or the program in the app.

Hi Vitali. Thank you for reaching out to us. Our filters are to be replaced when A3/C7 flashes on the screen! This would depend on the level of pollutants close to or in the designated space for use. @@Philips Thanks. For me the AC3033 is the right choice. Don't think the price difference justifies it for me with the size of appartment I live in. 6 minutes or 5 minutes isn't really any deal. People should also take into account the 60 vs 55 W there. I calculated it'd cost me 56 euros a year if I'd put it in auto mode all year every day. I think perm sleep mode and a 6 minute full cleanse a day will do it for me. Ordered on bol for 419 instead of 499 on Philips website. Ordered the extra filter on Philips website though for 65,69 since the 10% didn't go off with the bundle. Saved me 16,30 euros.

@@cerberusx_ I was thinking just like you. My house is 172 m² and I can say that the rooms are big. When I called dyson customer service, they said that the area cleaned by the device is not very large. so i will choose philips. Thanks
