a tsdi that now has a carb needs derestricting? the bike runs good on idle and high revs but is too damn slow,variator and exhaust are new

Hello can you do something about that when my Jetforce 50 TSDI is warm like 80 deegres and I give full throttle it backfires like poof and sometimes it drives 70 and sometimes 55-60.What could you do about it?
