Are you using the cleaning station after each and every use, instead of normal cleaning after shaving, or eg. every 1/2/3/4 weeks?

Does its come with 1 bottle if I buy the shaver, or do I have to buy a bottle seperately

I got one from my grandma that used to be my grandpa's. It is the blue one, and for some reason I dont think it fits properly into the cleaner. It will not charge or even reach the charging plates. Maybe I have the wrong one?
