Good afternoon, the a3 nozzle does not fit back on, do you know what the problem is or how to put it back on correctly?

How to replace the dead battery ? Thank you.

For the price the charging cable is so genetic and cheep the other sonic brushes I’ve ever had have better cord and thicker the toothbrush helps indicator indicates you to push better, but it doesn’t teach you how to brush better with a Emmanuel toothbrush magnitude, but doesn’t vibrate like a toothbrush, I do most of the work for you, so if you go back to a manual toothbrush, you still have to learn how to scrub the intensity and the way you do it

this toothbrush is not worth it! I hate reviews like this. you cant change modes without using the app which she conveniently left out. Also there aren't any physical buttons which will cause issues as the toothbrush gets older.
