Also, he he will get over 140 runs scored. I don't know why Runs scored aren't considered as important as RBI's,but they are the same. Anyway, I think since 1950 only about a half dozen guys have scored that many in a season.. I'll have to look it up, but it's exclusive.

@@vernpascal1531 not the same cause if your partners won't bring you home, you may end with very few, like Arraes this year. But RBI is mostly up to the hitter. Still 100 RBI for a 1st at bat is amazing

@@cheogt4623 Yeah I see what you are saying. Back to Ronald McDonald Acuna Jr. There have been 8 guys since 1950 to do it. Mickey Mantle, Henry Aaron, and Willie Mays never did it. So that is some accomplishment.

I've been heavily criticizing the Braves lately, but if they can pitch consistently like they did in this game, they probably win the World Series. Their pitching is the biggest issue. We'll see how it goes.

I really haven't been. Once they clinched, I assumed they were going to rest some here and there. That was a huge problem last season. Everyone was worn out from chasing the Mets all season.

Game 151: This was a stereotypical Braves win, it checked off all the bases. Good start from Strider, Acuna leadoff home run, Acuna stolen base, and 5+ runs scored. Acuna is on the doorstep of a 40-70 season and it seems like his injury didn't slow him down one bit. I'm excited for the last 11 games and the playoffs. Go Braves

Incredible statement win here for atlanta. This might be the game that atlanta needed to get their confidence and momentum back. Obviously the 4 previous games before this were tough but ending the losing streak here is nice for the team. Great outing from Spencer Strider, it’s been a minute since a quality start was posted and Strider did just that, good work from minter and jimenez. Lot of offense today as Acuña got not one but two homers as he inches closer to 40 on the season. Once again this is a great win to get back on track and rebuild that momentum as october gets closer and closer. Bryce Elder on the mound wednesday looking for the series win. Let’s go braves #ForTheA

I have been a baseball fan for 23 years. I have never seen a pitcher so early in his career that has been as dominant as Spencer. He is going to throw a perfect game or a no hitter one day and he could set the record for most strikeouts in a perfect game or no hitter, he's that dominant.

@LPCOBRA It wasn't a dismantling. Ya'll caught the Braves at a moment of weakness with Strider still being injured, Fried still out, Acuña wasn't fully healed yet and Albies was out. Not to mention Harris was still a rookie. Ya'll made it to the Big show and got stomped like you should have been.
