So this Asiodu is still around. I wonder what he thinks now about Nigeria given his role in scuttling the Aburi Accord as "super permanent secretary".

This set of people enjoyed Nigeria. They have every opportunity to excel and was trained with the people's scholarship taxes. That so called unity of Nigeria as we know it today is the biggest mistake made at that time and infact Nigeria should have gone confederation for good and would have prospered exceedingly as against what and where are today.

Bro, This is the root cause of the biggest conflicts in the world today. Parties to a conflict meet under the mediation of a neutral 3rd party and reach an agreement, signed and witnessed by all to end conflict. Then someone out of the blues barges in and tosses the accord into a waste bin thereby triggering a bigger conflict that engulfs all. Did Mr Asiodu think that those Nigerian leaders who met and the Ghanaian leaders who brokered the accord were fools? And if he were that important, why was he not part of the delegation? What did he think would be the consequences of one side reneging on an agreement so carefully reached to end conflict? Mr Asiodu founded companies and played golf, but over 3million people died in the war he helped to trigger. So he is just one of those over-hyped, reckless individuals who wrecked Nigeria and he has lived to see the consequences of his ill-advised intervention and must now reflect whether he should have used his education in a different way.
