Phillipa's voice is sooooo flexible, I have no other words to explain it. Also, my comment was going to be about the arrangement of this song, its so cool but I felt compelled to say something nice about phillipa so...
omg I just saw her live the other day on “into the woods” in nyc and omg what a dream come true. I won’t forget it. I would def say to go see it it’s so good! It worth it! Sara Barellies, Joshua Henry, Phillipa Soo, Julia Lester and more are in it!!
@@woobeewooo they should have made best of wives and best of women higher and maybe that would be enough not every song needs to be these high glass breaking notes, yes Pippa has a beautiful voice and amazing range but sometimes its more about the song then the singer (imo)
Her singing "Children Will Listen" makes me think of Chang'e and Fei Fei, how Fei Fei idolizes Chang'e but she turns out to be a completely different person than what she was expecting. And how Fei Fei teaches Chang'e and learns from her how to deal with grief

@BottleOf Ketchup what do you even mean? are you saying that singing your notes off-pitch is the comfortable way to sing?? I can’t with you. and I mean this negatively. I love Pippa’s crystalline soprano voice but she IS a bit flat in this performance and I do not like those scoops she does on ”li-ISten”. even the best singers have their off-days.
