Yeah kind of sick of those videos, but of course I watch them. I suppose it's like a car wreck you have to look. By the way a rule of thumb I watch only this channel for the Kensignton videos. Not into the other youtubers.

America st house is $1.175 million. Also when you go by the McCann grave there's a leaf that flies from the top, swear to God I thought it was a hand coming out of the grave lol.

Nice post, Cap. I was going to have my 1810 Quaker fieldstone (Rubble-stone) farmhouse considered for National Registry placement after purchase in the late 90's too UNTIL I found out about the paperwork, filing fees, and regulations (fix-up do's & dont's) required turned the dream sour.
