this pizza sounds delish , will def be giving this one a go!!! we use steak-um for stuffed steak-ums , mix up some stove top or ur own stuffing , once stuffing is made n cooled , lay out ur steak-ums so they thaw , but not so much that they rip when rolling.... lay a heaping spoonful at one end of steakum and roll up , put in frying pan and brown on all sides , low heat , once browned mix up a package of gravy and pour over steak ums stir til thickened and there u go !!! stuffed steak ums , its a favorite here hope u give it a try !!!

I didn't grow up with Steakums. We were really poor but when I did discover them in my adulthood, I loved them!! This is a genius idea Catherine! Putting steakums on pizza! Maybe when I get some strength back and stop having back to back migraines, I'll give this a try. If I do, I'll definitely give you a shout out as always!! 😋
I just made this today. I made 2 pizzas. I am not a fan of onions and green peppers so I didn’t think I was going to like this. When I tasted this pizza, it was really good. I actually ended up eating 4 pieces. My mom even liked it and ate 3 pieces herself and she is really fussy. I had my nieces and nephews over and they liked it as well. I will definitely being making this again.
I just recently found your videos and let me tell you. Yesterday I made your Olive Garden chicken and pasta. I did add broccoli to mine but it was amazing and today I made your Philly Cheesesteak pizza that also was amazing and a big hit. Thank you for the amazing recipes. Looking forward to many many more

I like bread machine dough, I take 2 pieces of foil and lay it out on a flat surface, sprinkle some flour, hand stretch the dough a little and then use a rolling pin to flatten it out. Then I take a meat tenderizer and press down all over the dough to help prevent air bubbles. Cook for 7 mins at 400 degrees, take the whole rack out, flip the dough on the rack and carefully remove the foil. Put the sauce, toppings and cheese on, bake right on the rack for 12 mins, put the oven on broil, move the rack up, and watch it, to get that nice browning on the cheese…yum.
I just watched the philly cheesesteak pasta casserole video and now this!! I'm now starving#!! 😆 I make philly cheesesteak stuffed green peppers and i use shaved beef that i get at Krogers grocery store. I love it! That would be the only thing i would do differently!! Looks yummy!!!🤤 TFS!!💗

After you fry everything up, instead of putting it into a pizza, add lots of white American cheese to your pot . Melt down the cheese. Then melt provolone cheese on rolls, bake at 350F til cheese melts. Add your meat mixture and there’s you’re Philly cheese steak sandwich!!!
I use steak ‘ums for this and also for Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches, and wrapped in egg roll wrappers for what we call Chinese cheesesteaks, our favorite is B-B-Q cheesteak pizza! Invite my son and son-in-law for lunch on cheesesteak day and I have two happy slaves! LOL
