This is another example of the arrogant concept that our great society has the ability to rehabilitate psychopaths. When the freak is our society going to stop with the arrogance and face the fact that the world isn't always pretty. There are way more victims do to this fantasy, wishful thinking.
agreed, from the one picture they showed of the murderer, he absolutely looked like he had some mental health issues going on and most likely needed to be in some institute.
Life sentence for aggravated robbery. He robbed an old lady at her home, once he was let out he committed murder right away. Happens too many times. Aggressive people will become more aggressive after prison release.
@@haroldbrooks4235 - the parole board are the ones who released early. Maybe the judge’s sentence was not long enough, but the parole board would have still cut the sentence.
So he tied up, robbed and beat an elderly woman & was convicted/sentenced to do 10 yrs but they let him out early where he did the same but worse crime of killing another elderly woman? I wouldn’t trust the so called ‘justice system’ to lock him up again for more than 7 yrs. Why are these judges lenient on criminals or they’ll only act if it’s their loved ones getting murdered? 🤦♂️
Krasner usually recommends the highest bail for repeat offenders, but it's the judges that let them out on low bail. Krasner is actually fighting for no bail, for high risk repeat offenders.
Good on him for thinking like that. You can't let people out of jail who home invade elderly women. They also need constant psychiatric help should be the only way out and continue after.
