In March 2017 Dr. Craig traveled the island of Ireland on a speaking tour that included various debates, lectures, and meetings. Dr. Craig was invited to speak on March 27th to the philosophy department at Queen's University Belfast. His lecture was on the topic “Philosophical Issues in the Atonement: The Coherence of Penal Substitution” which was followed by a fascinating question and answer period with fellow academics as well as students.
