Micah Crewson Yeah, there's a lot of bands I would like to see. Some less known bands like Darkness Divided, Convictions, For All Eternity and Bury Tomorrow, some big bands like Prada, ABR, MMF, UØ, KSE and MMI. But you know, we can't have everything.
I don't think I have ever cried this much...I'm fighting a loosening battle with addiction and feelings of unworthiness...I am a broken man, everything I have built, my life my love interest, my job, everything. I was just about to end it all when Alexa played this song on my music roll and something hit me...I fell to my knees and I didn't just cried I lemented my lot in life but there's this voice in my head saying "I love you, I love you,I love you" this was an hour ago...I don't know much about GOD but I feel something of his slowly making it's way to my heart...I still can't stop crying...amen
bkupniewski been wondering that for years! What really sets them apart is their love performances. Everything is on point it’s unreal. Out of all 50 plus bands I’ve seen they were the best.
@@ulledienulle8211 yeah, i still consider AILD Christian even though they no longer claim they were, they spread good virtues, promoted other Christian bands while at it, same with Underoath, i don't have the faith that real Christian's exhibit but i do respect each of their teachings and i was heavy into that in my teens and it very much made me a better person if i was to compare to how others grew around me
I like ABR but I agree that I love Phinehas a lot more. ABR is great (holy crap, Phantom Anthem was amazing) but I feel like Phinehas is more diverse and the musicianship is a little bit more solid.
How is every song so good? How? I can’t wait for the rest of this album to drop. I literally think about how I can’t wait to hear the rest at least once everyday. You guys are addicting. I weep for the the times wasted not knowing you guys lol
Didn't notice this until about the hundredth time listening, but in each chorus, the first time he says 'thorns' it sounds like he's saying it through clenched teeth, and it sounds super badass.
God had to break me to finally get me to pay attention, and as much as it sucks sometimes, I am even more grateful. This song is so fitting. I love you guys.
i was about to sleep and had an itchi feeling that somthing legendery dropped around... finally! they sound cleaner ohmy FUCKING GOD! THIS IS THE SHITTTT I'M HIPED AS FUCKKK!
"I had to be lost to be found." We're fortunate we found Phinehas and We're blessed we love their songs. But do we need to just wait for this band to disband before the rest of the world find out about them?
Its a metaphor, just like "I had to be broken to be pieced back together, I had to know death, to know forever". Its a picture for the everlasting fact of always being first in a bad place before things get better. So to finally feel better and being healed from all sorrows you maybe have to go through a dark time, you could call it death, or brokeness or being lost. Also, knowing that Phinehas is a christian band, it also symbolises Jesus, who first had to went through the absolute worst before things went for the best.
Totally awesome song! Only critiques (not that my opinion matter lol): more bass in the mix and don't use electronic or triggered drums. But the lyrics, melody, and guitar(s) sound sick!
And again the drums sound too dominant. I guess that's just the production of the album . The songs sound great but I wish the sound of the guitar riffs had more oomph to it
JOHN VOZAR Lee Hunerian the drummer for Phinehas is damn good probably one of the best in the genre They are a guitar driven band and have said that many times.
those lows at the end are brutal but to me, the tone of the guitars doesn't match the heaviness of the vocals. That could've been so much better than what it was.
This song is about knowing Jesus, and accepting His sacrifice; that one needs to know about the death of Christ on the cross to know about eternal life and salvation, which is forever.
The sound seems kind of dry to me. There's no such emotion as Till The End's songs. Like losing quality. I feel like this is not going to be one of the best albums ever. But the lyric is awesome!
