I do wazu 5 times a day which hydrate the skin naturally and before going outside I covered my face for parda which provides natural sun protection and Allhamdullillah my skin is clear fear and glowing without any cream or serum,If you follow islam all the physical and mental problems automatically get solved. For coffee get a glass or a steel sipper.The other day you bought melmoware plates it's not advisable as not good for health.India Starbucks stopped plastic use since 2018 .

Nice vlog.... anya after keratin treatment better not to heat ur hair for styling purpose... it washes out the treatments and ur hair gets into their natural terture sooner. This keratin lasts for 4 to 6 months if taken care properly...

I enjoy watching your vlogs, and I was very sorry to hear about Benji. I just wanted to tell you about how bad Nespresso pods are for the environment. You can do your own research, but basically these pods tend to be non biodegradable ( I believe there are biodegradable options out there). These pods are made of aluminium which is 100% recyclable but they are sometimes lined with silicone so cannot be recycled easily. Also, unless you have a dedicated recycling programme, aluminium is going to end up in landfills, cuz its not biodegradable. Nespresso does have a recycling program but I don't think thats accessible to us in Pakistan. Think about buying reusable nespresso pods, available online. It may save you money also :)
