Why say talent? Like if she wasn't gorgeous you wouldn't have even commented. Face it, you fall for her talent because you fall for her. which is totally okay. But like the product is a package. Just say fall in love with her. Don't specify talent just because you're scared of people virtue signalling
I have watched so many live IG gigs in lockdown and I keep coming back to this. It was the first one I watched and it's just amazing. She is so talented and has such an incredible voice.
in some of ig live, She told that her neighbor once told her to stfu. So it is not the same with some people i guess. But I would love to be her neighbor tho
Despite all my best efforts, I continue to be drawn to Phoebe Bridgers. Her voice is a balm to my soul, and her poetry is absolutely stunning. Keep up the good works.
Hands down, my most favourite music experience ever.. A million gigs performed, a thousand concerts seen. Bands sessions on my porch, and busking real time. This will be replayed a few times 👍 Your expressions, the reality of it, all as cool as your slippers. It was like sitting at home with you just playing a few songs. I've heard Kyoto before now like 4 times? And while you busted your own chops on the vocals I was blown away. Thanks for sharing you a little bit 🥸😶🌫️🥸 🖤
Need to see Phoebe play, Don't even know how I discovered her, probably Tiny Desk. Would love to see a Boy Genius, Pinegrove & Heather Maloney show! That would be a night.
Amazing performance, really beautiful. It's wonderful to hear solo versions of big songs, not long after she wrote them. I can hear the fully produced version in my head and the contrast with this chill solo version is really nice. Thank you!
She asking if everything's OK, good, perfect, etc... of course it is ... And fans we all are quite grateful for this, "your first time". Thx Andrew C. Love her lockdown pijamas.
A beautiful calming voice with enough edge in her hover register.. great guitarist and heartfelt lyrics. Easily my favorite artists I’ve discovered in the past 5 years. Keep up the great work!
I watched this when it was first posted, but I had to skip John’s song. It was too soon. It’s still soon. I could feel your love for him in the way you hung on every word. I knew John for 30 years and my heart still breaks today. Not just for him, but so many others that have needlessly passed. You won’t see this and that’s fine. I know you believe in the same energy I do and somehow you will know how much I appreciate you doing this song. Could barely see typing this. Now, your album is on my daily playlist and I rarely go a week without listening to the whole thing. You are a gift to the arts and to the lucky folks who enjoy your gift that you share with all of us. Lastly, the paradox in the words, “I have everything that I want”, with that look you decided to share with us tells a lifetime of stories. Thank you❤️
I understand the comparison, but honestly apart from the lyrical themes I don't agree with it. Her acoustic guitar skills aren't even close to Elliott's. They're in completely different leagues. Also, she doesn't sound like Elliott at all in her chord progressions.
good tune phoebe is talented and cool vibe about her seems like a nice person.i really would like to see her record Elvis song love me tender i think she would kill it in her own vision of how it would sound ,in a sparse way but with her voice it could be very interesting .
