We've all heard Phoenix is finally getting a buff again! Here are my full thoughts on the buffs to answer some of the questions I've been receiving lately. The flash "buff" will NOT make Phoenix broken, as many are saying. Having access to 3-4 flashes may seem ridiculous with Phoenix, but you also have to realize, this completely takes away the aspect of fighting with his molly. I will generally use my molly at the start of rounds to fight with a flash, which means if I get a couple kills during that fight, I can heal the chip damage since my molly recharged. Getting back a flash instead of a molly will make it so I cannot use the molly to heal, and must back up and play around a single flash, which can be quite hard on low HP since Phoenix is very good at getting spammed after flashing. The argument that Phoenix buff will be OP can somewhat be understood, as now Phoenix can flash for teammates even more than before, basically just replacing Skye to an extent with the sheer volume of flashes. The change is interesting, and it COULD be very good, you may just have to play Phoenix a bit differently. The wall change is amazing, and should have been in the game for a couple years honestly. But now that you're able to wall through objects fully, you can pre-throw your wall for retakes and use it as an impromptu harbor wall. This will just give Phoenix something less to worry about upon executing sites, which will be super helpful honestly. Talks about the release date are mid November, so I'll talk about it more upon release, and make an updated guide. I'm live on twitch rn, so stop by if you'd like - www.twitch.tv/xtr_val
The gekko was telling him not to save bc he misinterpreted what xtr was doing, but xtr needed his ears to tell how close clove was for when to swing. That's what he meant
