RU-vid algorithms beware, Watch Lab is back. Dr. Time Einstein, thanks for filling in. Strange watch and, holy cow, did someone drop the QC ball with those mismatched indices.
people, can we start going around and mention this channel in our comments to other videos and anywhere where watch enthusiasts flock? It would be a pity to lose it again.
Note that based on the pictures from the webshop, the 9 o'clock index is alright, and following the design of the 12. The actual wrong index is the 3. I have some good cash with Phoibos written on it since I've sold my Wavemaster 3 years ago... Come on Phoibos you can do better than that crap ! It's so bad that I haven't seen any other review from the other usual Phoibos-aware channels. Kudos to JOMW, Relative Time and Watch Geek for not reviewing it.
I'm gonna disagree with you on certain channels not reviewing it. If they're Phoibos-aware, I think it's their responsibility to inform their audience of the crap that Phoibos is capable of. Thanks for your continued viewership and support of Watch Lab!
@@WatchLab1 I agree. You see this same crap in car/motorcycle "journalism" where strangely enough, they're all great (except maybe some detail, but it's minor and there's a good reason anyway). Watch reviewers are in a position to give honest feedback both to the brands and viewers, but since videos are their main source of income, they won't rock the boat. JOMW even admitted in his Varon Chiri review that he normally sends a watch back without review if it's bad. That said, I find him the least offensive of the bunch and will give him (a little) credit for calling out Serica on their use of a busted movement.
