Vlogtober!! YES!!! You could also give a wink and a nudge to your fellow Hart and perhaps Madam Mamrie could join in. She's kinda (totally) killing it with the couple of vlogs she put up recently. Just saying! No joke on the backpain! When I worked at Walt Disney World we all took a safety class because, hey, Safe D begins with me! Safety in Motion and it was all about body mechanics and green zone, red zone, all that jazz. Then I worked at a hospital and had another safety class. Went to Nursing school and learned it all over again! We would get docked points in returns for not using proper body mechanics. All that being said to say, I've still managed to pull and strain my back more times than I can count! It should be SO easy to prevent and yet... All I know is, I don't want to live with chronic back pain and series of surgeries and therapies to help manage. Long tangent there to say, yes! Awareness! It's an unforgiving injury that can get you anytime (as you very well know!) & take you down for who knows how long. We get one go at this body thing. So protect it! That goes for internal organs too...lungs, liver & kidneys especially. Everything in moderation. I sound like a Mom. Or a Nana. I should go now.
Yeah, you should totally do some Vloctober. You don't even need to feel pressured to do it every single day. I like how you vlog; not taping the whole thing and letting it ruin your experience, just capturing a few bits here and there to give us the general feel of what's going on.

I also think it's really interesting and important to think about pain in terms of the way we treat ourselves generally. I mean, pain is your body telling you 'stop doing that shit, and do some other shit now please' and I think it's so easy to get to a space where you don't even listen to it, and it just becomes another bit of noise you ignore, like advertising or weirdos on the subway except it's internal. Because slowing down and taking care of yourself, or even having quiet reflecting time isn't really something that seems like a priority. We're never really 'alone' even anymore. So it's harder to fit in those boring exercises that make you look like an idiot and also have no immediate or visible rewards. I just think about this a lot, as someone who did all that ignoring for too long and wound up with permanent pain. Now when it takes a shittier detour into migrainland I take it as a message that I hadn't been paying enough attention to what matters, and that I'm supposed to work quietly and actually think in silence for a few days. It's an odd thing, that it feels so revolutionary or even like a gift. Also, I'd love you to do vloctober. But I'd rather you did all the above slowing down good things and slowly worked on that awesome script you have in that clever little brain of yours. That'd be much better.
Hannah, You could strap 5 cameras to yourself showing different angles of you and your view and we'd all still tube in! So yes, Vloctober should be a thing!
For those that don't have a structural problem like a slipped disc, the stretches are really good, standard exercises you get when you first complain to a doctor about back pain. It's amazing how life changes when you have pain. I got surgery last May to repair an injury I suffered in the 80's that had slowly been getting worse and worse, until I was bedbound and walking with crutches. Now I'm relatively pain free (I AM nearly 50, so there is some arthritis and stuff), and able to walk and it's the best thing. I had forgotten what being pain free felt like. I hope you can get well quickly and not spend decades suffering! Awesome month, so fun!

Yup yup and also I was the only one of my friends on a recent trip to San Fran (to see you actually) who was as excited about the new bridge and the taking down of the old one. ITS SO COOL. Fun fact: to take down the old one they're literally using the super old blue prints from building it and just going backwards! Neat.
Is doing vlogtober even something you need to ask about Hannah? I think we'd all love for you to do it, if you can. It all comes down to what's best for you :)
Yes to Vloctober! Also I feel ya on the back pain, I have scoliosis and certain things like the weather changing or lots of walking makes my back hurt. Im only almost 21 and I sometimes feel 80 tbh. I hope your back feels better soon, Hannah!

A massive yes please to Vlogtober! Audiobook sounds good. I worked as a cashier for a long time and that caused major back issues for me... I'm 19 hah. Sucks. Hope you're alright.

Hanna, I love you girl, but you're plugging too much crap now. First it was wine, then it was your book, now it's audible. I understand they're important for your channel, but you don't have to push them in Every! Fricking! Video! I think it's time for me to take a break from this channel. It's becoming too commercial.

Oh hell yes to vloctober! But as people have said, don't feel pressured to upload everyday,because we - your viewers - want a healthy harto first! As for the lower back problems, I chronically fucked up my SI-joint in my lower back playing volleyball while not completely healed. So yeah, it sucks but with physical therapy I can still play volleyball just after a game it's a bit painful. Positive point about it, my girlfriend is a really good masseuse ;D
Vloctober should absolutely be a thing, but only if you're up for it! I don't think any of us would be too troubled about seeing your face more frequently.
