After 16 months, my Gen 4 case developed a split along the sides where the shinny surface meets the matte finish. Obviously a defect. It has never been dropped. Rebels response… $20 credit towards new purchase …this doesn't even cover shipping. Do you guys think this acceptable for a case of this price? I contacted Mous and asked them what their policy would be if such a problem occurred. Their response was - Yes, it would be covered under their warranty. Just to be clear. Phone Rebel does not have a warranty so buyer beware. My next case will be a Mous case.
@@MichaelsTechTalk Yeah, I really don't understand why customer service is so hard for companies to understand in this day and age. I remember the books long ago "In Search of Excellence" and "A Passion for Excellence" by Tom Peters & Nancy Austin. It seems that companies today have lost their way.
Great review as always, I have one I find the sides very uncomfortable because of the raised bumps 😂 on the side , the older ones hadn’t that. Are you going to review there new one that’s out .😎
No. Had them both phone rebel doesn’t have any protection for the inside of the metal buttons so it will damage your phone over time .. go with the banks
I returned mine… I would definitely be daily driving it IF IT HAD A PROTECTIVE COATING ON THE INSIDE OF THE BUTTONS but it doesn’t so why would I use a case that can damage my phone
I have a lot of cases from several top brands and the one that I’m impressed with is Benks MagClap Mt. Blanc Phone Case for iPhone 15 Pro Max for $19.99. It has everything you need in a case and looks awesome. Love your reviews
