Phoneme, with the ability to distinguish meaning, and Allophone, without the ability to distinguish meaning. We can identify phonemes with three methods (minimal pair, contrastive distribution, complementary distribution).

What I got from the explanation video is First, the sound can be characterized into two types. -(Phoneme) A voice with the ability to distinguish meaning. - (Allophone) A voice that doesn't have the ability to distinguish meaning. And secondly in this video, we explain several methods to identify phonemes well.

But I'm curious why the pronunciation of "car" can be with /ka:r/ and /kha:r/ but they still have the same meaning. What makes them different? And in what condition do we use /ka:r/ or /kha:r/? Allophones are variations in pronunciation of the same phoneme and does not change the meaning of the word. So the difference is that the phone can change the meaning while the allophone can't. there are 3 method to identifying phonemes: minimal pair, cobtastive distribution, and complementary distribution.
