Oh, I just had a great idea! I know one commenter asked if you would be doing clinics in the future. You should consider doing virtual instruction or advising. During the whole covid thing in NY, a friend of mine sent videos to her polo club for instruction. Go figure? Edit Edit, I dont play polo, so I wouldn't be asking for guidance in that. It would be my personal horses, or horses of other subscribers. I dont think anyone else has done that. You could make videos about you viewing other people working their horses. If people are open to evaluation and positive criticism, it be worth watching! Just a thought!

The only problem NY is that me and my camerawoman (my wife Sandra) just aren't that knowledgable or ambitious! We just kinda plug along and do what we do. Thanks for the suggestion though!

This is a great idea; my horse is hackamore trained but I am not. I think I would feel more comfortable learning to use the hackamore with a set up like this with the snaffle bit. Thanks for the suggestion! Is the bit you are using a Mylar, or what kind is it? I have learned so much from your videos; thanks for making them.

Hi, and you're welcome. Yes, the bit is a Myler with 3 barrels. It's a very mild bit and for me it works well with the hackamore. So glad you're finding our videos helpful.

Dale: Useful method to reduce the likelihood of chaffing on the corners of the horse’s mouth. Simple but effective. I’ll use it for my own horses. Thank you, once again, for your insightful suggestions.

It's a 3 barrel snaflle by Myler bits. I bought this one on Ebay. You should be able to get one from any Myler dealer.
