Excellent information in these 2 videos. I watched the older ones too a while back. I have the Z9 and the Z8 for shooting hummers. But it is genealy hand held without flash. I get some beautiful shots. I have one profoto A10 wth and extra battery, but I am saving my money for a November trip to Costa Rica. I am really interested on what to look for when trying to duplicate your flash support rig. When I get back from my trip I would like to get another A10 and the articulated support system like yours.

Amazing setup and guide Would be interested to see the detailed differences of z8 and z9 because only you mentioned about thr fucus distance display available on z9 vs z8 not having it

Still not sure how to set my AF to "Critter Mode". Can you offer any help?

Animal eye detection = critter mode. Bird eye detection = critter mode. Animals / birds = critters :-)

Stop feeding the red dye to the hummers.

That's true, you should not add any dye to hummer food. I would encourage you though to not judge videos by the cover but watch where you learn about the feeders and much more. Might also look at previous comments to learn as this has already been discuessd. The feeders are red plastic not the food, the content is commercial hummingbird food which is clear.
