There are several nature reserves dotted around the West Midlands all of which are incredibly popular with local bird watchers and nature lovers. On this fine day I made my way to the South of Birmingham to check out Upton Warren where I quickly encountered a plethora of different species as well as many other nature lovers.
This is a different type of video from me; a wildlife ramble if you will.
So sit back and enjoy as I ramble on about my day.

great video and no daft and lengthy intros. What lens and settings did you use on this video.

Cheers! Short intro mostly because I was worried someone was about to walk in 😛 My settings change a lot dependant on the light but I tend to always shoot with the lens wide open for both photo and video. Tend to keep my shutter speed around 1/1000th for photos, 1/200 for video (as I shoot at 100fps). ISO as low as I can go without underexposing. I shoot in Clog3 and apply a very basic Rec709 conversion in post .

Do a lot of nature reserves in the UK have blinds built? That would be so helpful here in the US but I have only seen a few

It depends on who's managing/ maintaining them; if it's a nature club, wildlife trust or charity (such as the RSPB) then yes they all tend to have blinds. If it's a local council however, then generally not.
