Playing around with the focus is the toughest part. I also need to learn to color grade for photos and videos. Thanks for sharing your knowledge Violet!!!
Thank you so much Stan and the very same to you also my dear dear friend. May this year bring you good health and a joyful soul even more than any other year!
Happy New Year 🥳🥂🎊Violet some great tips TFS , Norm and I met at a Camera club when I was 15 and the rest is History 45 years of Photography later LOL 😂😂hope you are staying safe and keeping well and doing OK in the Lockdowns . Take Care 🌺🤗Norm and Tina x
Awesome history that you have my dear friends. 👍👍🙏🙏🎉🎉 Yes we are still well, we are on level 3 now. I hear its going worse in some parts of the world. Stay safe and may this be a blessed hear for you guys. Thanks so much for watching. 🙏🙏😁😁
Hello Violet, I love how you share the things that you have learned and know. When I first started taking pictures with film and a single lens canon camera I had to know much more. Now that it is digital and automatic. I have gotten lazy and let the camera do all the work. it is is good to be refreshed on how the camera should and could be used. thank you. 💕 NonnaGrace
Thank you so much for watching Nonna i always to try to explain as easy as possible so everyone can be able to recreate it themselves. Yes many people use auto settings these days and there is nothing wrong with it 😁
Thanks for the tips! Too much photo editing does seems to be pretty controversial, I definitely think it's a balance. It's nice to know we all go through these learning curves :)
Yes thanks i usually do that, in this video i wanted people to understand that manual white balance doesnt always work. Love tour comments, thanks so much for participating. Welcome to my channel.
Brad really likes using the auto focus. And I should start shooting in raw instead of jpeg. Great tips about using the foreground and setting the white balance. You really are a pro, Violet!📸
Great tips V. I remember when I first got my EOS R, the auto focus was a headache. The camera was not doing what I wanted or expected. But it turned out to be user error - I didn’t realise the camera has different ways that the auto focus will work (servo AF settings). I think it is important to spend time and play around with what your camera can do. The beauty of digital is that you can delete and start again. I started learning with film I can’t believe how much has changed and progressed since I started.
Hello buddy yes most definately trial and error is the best master. If we knew these things when we started we would have been instant Pro's. But the learning curve took way too long for me. 😂
Of course these are amazing tips for me! I am still struggling with that auto focus on my video. Just recorded a bunch - and it played up again on me. I think I need to consult my expert yet again 😂
I really want to take better pictures on a nicer camera. These tips are great for beginners like me. I like your new transitions with the sound effects.
Thanks so so much. One thi g i wanted to add was to use what you have. I have spent way too much on gear. It is what you do with the gear that makes you stand out. Not the gear itself.
