In this video the photo-lithography process is shown in Advanced Radar Research Center (ARRC) at University of Oklahoma PhD student: Robin Irazoqui Undergraduate student: Nick Peccarelli
+Sasha Wang Hi Sasha, we used the rope to elevate the hole of the vacuum. Without the rope the vacuum creates suction only in the tube, but when it is elevated by the rope suction is created throughout the entire UV chamber.
This video is very informative , Thank you . I just want to ask one question ,why did u removed photo-resist after it was exposed to UV ? can u please explain it.
I just use a modified $20 laminator, far less photo resist film, no vaccuum bed just an exposure frame, cheap UV LED box and an etching tank with an aquarium heater and air pump for agitation o.0 No wonder Universities have to charge so much lol
did you know there are starving kids in china that cant afford photo resist? nor could they eat all of that photo resist you wasted!!! Idk where im going with this anymore. Also TIL: university of Oklahoma doesnt believe in collimation. The hotter it is, the quicker it goes... which is important because? oh yeah...undercut... can i have a degree? lol
everything is you buy Mask, cit, and all the process done by Machines Lithography.. What you did exactly only washing the plates by chemical...and that's your Research...
