Just in case someone is finding a solution to fix corrupted PSD with the "unexpected end-of-file" error, try importing that PSD into After Effects, somehow AE can read corrupted PSD, then you can use "Composition > Save frame as" to sort of export your psd

Super weird that you're getting it for one file. Whenever I've had it it was for everything. Unfortunately I don't have a solution for you. Is the file corrupted by chance?

Perhaps someone who owns a mac with Photoshop can help? There should be a video soemwhere on RU-vid :D If i had a mac I would have made a video for it but unfrotuantely I'm not made of $
