Kelthoras1...Yes, that is an alternative. I used the Lens Correction's vignette effect in many of my other tutorials. The reason I chose not to use it in this tut is because the Lens Correction vignette can't be repositioned up, down or sideways on an image. In this tut, I wanted the vignette to be centered over the text, which is off-centered on the overall image.

Alex Steimels...Kaiserzeit Gotisch is the actual name of the font. I listened to an online, German, phoentic recording of the words to get a gist of how its said in German. Sorry if I butchered the words. ;-)

Phillip Barnard...There are 2 layers in the PSD file. The top layer is the cracked paint texture and the bottom layer is the door.

Alternatively for the last step you can go press Shift+Control+R to open the Lens Correction. Then go to custom, head over to Vignette and play around with it until you like it.

I made the tutorial step by step but i can't do the step where we delete the upper part of the blood. I can't make the brush tool delete the blood. Somebody can help me and tell me what can happen? (Sorry for my english :/ )

I've downloaded the PSD file but all it seems to contain is the highlights around the letters themselves. I don't have the door or the cracked paint files. Not sure what I'm doing wrong this time.

i got it all done except the ending when you highlight with the elliptical marquee tool it wont let me it keeps saying something about 50% of pixels visible what do i do so i can complete it?
