In this brand new episode of Realistified! I'm turning YOUR drawings into realistic artwork using photoshop! Instead of 3 drawings, I decided to do 4 in this video. It kicks off season 3 of this series so I had to do something different right? Today we're doing a steampunk style robot, an ancient dragon, a creepy alien centipede and a mysterious potion. Burn out? Dude this generation is wack. People have worked 8 hour days 5 days a week for centuries and that’s how they make a living. Yet, RU-vidrs make millions and talk about burning out cause it’s sooooooo tedious to make content. Benny should go get a normal job and be broke again.

Give this guy more recognition. This is premium content. RU-vid won’t know what it missed until he’s gone. How is he not still getting millions of views?? He isn’t outdated and his photoshop isn’t any less mind blowing than it was before. I don’t get it. I’m sure this all takes up so much time benny but even if for some reason this doesn’t work as your career forever, please don’t stop uploading. Even just post videos of your life or you gaming in your downtime. We aren’t just invested in your content, we are invested in you.

I really like the flow that your current videos have, but I miss seeing more deeply the process behind (the ""boring"" ones) than seeing the finished result after cuts. The main thing about your channel for me is your creative process and how you execute it. It’s precisely this series that inspired me to learn how to improve my photoshop skills. In all honesty though, one thing thing is saying “you know what happens now/ I’ve said it a million times/ I’m surprised you’re not bored of me saying this” honestly we’re not, just explain the process. Plus if any new comers are watching your videos it comes across much better. Keep up the great work Benny. Love your stuff.

You're basically a digital painter at this point lol! One important tip I would give you: make your colors pop by changing the hue of the shadows. You're always using black for every shadow in every image. But in reality the hue is shifting. Using black as shadow color makes paintings look dull and muddy.

Benny! A few comments. (1) It was so nice to see a new video popup. The wife and I were both excited; missed seeing these. (2) We love the repetitive explanations of the process. I know for the artist saying the same thing is likely a cause of your creative burnout, but don't let it dissuade you! (Also, don't replace the repetitive explanations with a repetitive disclaimer about the repetitive explanations - lol). (3) Finally, from a nerdy point of view, the alien creature bursting from the ground would likely be found in an environment that was also blue and pink. Their colors develop as either a warning to others (which big predators typically don't do) or as a means of camouflage to hide from prey (this seems more likely). - Welcome back! I look forward to seeing the videos again!
