This is a really great video. I was interested in how photosynthesis actually works on a molecular level and this was a wonderful step to gain a general working knowledge of the mechanism on the path to actually getting into the singular reaction mechanisms. Thank you, the animations make for great visualisation.
Great animation. The diagram of ATP synthase is upside down (Wikipedia). The cylindrical part is where protons enter (cylinder part in lumen) and the bulb part is where ATP is formed (bulb part in stroma). I am a visual learner, sorry for complaining about it in an otherwise great animation.
The animations in this video are amazing and the depictions of the proteins are accurate but unfortunately it is still too superficial to really understand Photosythesis.
Sir,you should keep making these types of videos😊They are really helpful to me because the same thing is in the book but you tell us more details about it which increases our knowledge👍🏻
this vid is so helpful because I am working on my system illustration and this gives me so much info and photosynthesis and is extremely helpful an I never knew this much I feel like I am in 7th grade lol it is so helpful!!
So true haha also it's so weird to wrap my head around the fact that all of that is in not even one mm of the leaf of my plant I don't know if I explained well but it's crazy ! I wish I could understand better what he is saying
Hi, Thomas. I am a researcher for the National Museum of the Philippines. Your video is helpful for the gallery we are developing. Can I get your permission to use this video for the education of our museum's audience?
@@fairextl LOL, actually, what nature has done is better. There is no wastage and the system can co-exist with other life. And when it dies, it can be recycled into fertile earth. But if you think the garbage we created, which pollutes the environment and cannot be recycled, is better then you are missing the big picture. We might be able to get more energy from what we created but it doesn't fit into the bigger system and so - is ineffective as a whole.
Short answer, we were created. Evolution, on the other hand, requires a huge amount of faith to believe that million and millions of coincidences took place just to form the world as we know it. No wonder there are many creationist scientists.
@@wewerecreated3960 evelotion is not a religion bro so you cant say it requires "faith" It's based on undeniable facts extracted using the scientific method Doesn't matter weather you believe in it or not
At night time system is rebounding Carbon Dioxide to environment. Trying to stop Carbon Dioxide at night time. That is an one type of puzzle. Keep it in mind please.
Carbon dioxide is essential for life. If you would stop it from forming... plants would suffocate... than all animals too. Finally, the earth would become frozen and lifeless.
An atom bonding or breaking a bond with another atom is a chemical reaction (coal furnace). A nucleus fissioning/fusing is a nuclear reaction (nuclear reactor).
Evolution can explain it too. If you let cells develop a mechanism to turn sunlight into usable energy by themselves, it will take a really long time but sooner or later there will be a solution.
