Why we are using MySQL db if we are working with cloud firestore db. Actually I am beginner in firebase technology. So please provide ans to this question.

you can simply add a flag in firebase database like isView and set initialial value as 0 it means unread when someone view the message then update isView value to 1 it means read and also you can count isView and tell number of unread message

Next problem XD (i guess its my fault again). i done all of your tutorial and created DB etc. When I now open index.php i get the Login field, but when i click on "register" nothing happens. I guess i have to start maybe apache or something? (got XAMPP installed). Sorry for my dumbness :)
This chat is not working. First of all, your provided database structure is missing fields - full name, email. I resolved it but it's not possible to send messages because of this error: Uncaught FirebaseError: Function DocumentReference.set() called with invalid data. Unsupported field value: undefined (found in field user_2_uuid) Uncaught Error in onSnapshot: FirebaseError: Missing or insufficient permissions. I have set email/password authentication in Firebase. but I wonder how Firebase can authenticate somebody if email and password is being stored only in MySQL and not in Firebase?
