PHPExcel - Export Excel file into Mysql Database using Ajax 

how do I do it for validity if the file has an empty cell that can generate me fail when inserting, and in the same way as I do if the data is already in the database

If i upload another file, the previous file in the database should be replaced, how can i do it??

what happened when i export the same file name with records different from the first record. Will this update the database, or will it overite the previous content in the Database?
