Phpmyadmin Centos 7 - login without a password is forbidden by configuration (see AllowNoPassword) 

when i trying to login in phpmyadmin without password, i get an error like this :
login without a password is forbidden by configuration (see AllowNoPassword)
the problem caused by, your config.inc.php of phpmyadmin wrong, you must set that config : $cfg['Servers'][$i]['AllowNoPassword'] = TRUE;
save, and restart your apache (httpd) with sudo systemctl restart httpd, then try login again in phpmyadmin.
