Oh the beginning when Jack thought Phryne was dead! You can see how hurt he is. Poor Jack! Such a shock when suddenly Phryne stands in front of him.

I wish there were unending seasons of this show; I love it!!! I wanted to see her and Jack "get together", dang it!

I love, love, love Phryne and all the characters of this show. The clothes are fabulous!

I love Jack and Phryne's banter! They are both so witty!

I just love how sometimes Jack doesn't say a thing but the expression tells the story on his behalf. That's what I call a great acting.

Thank you for posting. Excited to see both Phryne and Jack on the big screen in 2020. The release of "Miss Fisher & the Crypt of Tears" can't come soon enough!

Was a big fan, and like so many, the clothes Phryne wore were fabulous. Was so sad that the series came to such an abrupt end. The Modern Miss Fisher Murder Mysteries series just shown in Australia, with a character named Peregrine Fisher. It will be worth watching to see if it catches on with the same fan enthusiasm. The actress (Essie Davis) who played Phryne was outstanding. There would have been a 4th & 5th series had she not gone on to other TV works.

I adore this series!!! I see the french translated version in Quebec. But I love to hear these incredible accents. Fantastic cast, great costumes, creation of atmosphere just too good. Magnifique!! :)

I love it when they argue about the car murder, and the constable just walks away He did not want to be involved XD

Never having seen the series . Nor having read these where selected best scenes . I was so much involved with her fabulous wardrobe . Merit an Oscar. just realised this was lacking in a scenario!

Aunt Prudence seems to intervene every time she can when a kiss almost happens between Miss Fisher and Jack. I wonder why.
