Should we include Aquatopia water park with island tour on same day ? or should we do 3 islands tour on one day and Aquatopia water park + Cable car on other day ?

Either search online or ask your resort / hotel for recommendations. I would suggest to go with 'Pacific Boat'. I had a good experience :)

And does that include your drop from cable car point to your hotel ?

It includes drop back from the harbour to the hotel. Since we got dropped off at the pineapple island to continue our trip at the aqua park, we got detached from the group and thus had to arrange our own return to the hotel.
