We had the most incredible experience at Phuket's most ethical Elephant Sanctuary better known as Phuket Elephant Sanctuary. It's the most ethical sanctuary we could find and you can see this from the pure freedom that these elephants have and the love they are shown every day.
No riding, no bull hooks, no force feeds and no forced baths. This is the only option when wanting to visit elephants in Phuket.

Thank you for not visiting a place where you can bathe with them, ride them painting, or do stupid tricks. My specialty is elephants. I study them and expose the torture. It's so hard when you receive cruel and hateful comments from people who choose to be nonbelievers and doubt your credibility. even when you deliver videos of abuse. My favorite person is Lek Chailert The founder of Elephant Nature Park.

Total agree. I feel like there are so many who fall for the trap of "ethical " who swim, give mud bath with and touch elephants and you can't convince them otherwise as they have become blind to the truth.

No of course not, it’s an ethical sanctuary, the elephants roam free just with a mahout watching and following them. Have you been?

Is this elephant sanctuary wheelchair accessible? I have a small manual wheelchair and hope to visit in September. Going on a Princess cruise to Phuket do you do a pick up Also do you pick up service at the cruise port? How long does it take to get there from the cruise port please?

You would have to contact them directly, as far as I am aware they aren't wheelchair accessible.

No, you aren't able to swim with them. Phuket Elephant sanctuary is against elephant exploitation and the elephants are here to live out the rest of their lives peacefully and in good health.
