Recruitment is currently a problem for many industries across the UK but none more so than the hospitality industry.
Phyllis Court is a prestigious private members club situated in the picturesque town of Henley-on-Themes. It differs to most hospitality establishments in its unique clientele, all of which members and have a genuine invested interest in how the club is run.
I was asked to help bring in new team members by creating a staff testimonial video. This video will be used on their own and recruitment websites to highlight what an amazing place Phyllis Court is to work.
I must say this project was an absolute pleasure to work on from start to finish with staff at all levels doing their best to help me get what was needed to really showcase the club.
