Another Great video Dan! Hey if you can’t find the movie especially since some studios won’t put it out, get it while you can and enjoy it. As you saw from my videos I’ve got movies from a company that do it and I LOVE what they’re doing and their products are very good. If the studios can’t give us the goods, go to someone who will and can. Stay cool 😎
Thanks for the feedback Kenny! It seems like the collectors who go to these sites are also going to Hamilton Books, MVD, Arrow, etc..so it’s contributing to the hobby.
I've gone to some questionable MOD sites when the titles are OOP and the second hand market prices are crazy- or not even there. Also sometimes those are the only way to get physical with English subs! I want to watch Blue Jean Monster. Cool haul.
Thats true about the subs - hadn’t thought of that. I’m sure there are some iffy sites out there - I got lucky with 2 well established ones. Blue Jean Monster is pretty fun. Thanks Casey!
I gotta send you a new shirt! that print is dying🤣 If the films that are outrageously priced were affordable, I probably would not go to MOD, but when they are out of reach price wise, quite often a huge difference in price, I don't feel convicted for getting MOD. Plus, sometimes you get a super-deluxe version like that sweet "Attack Force Nam" that I snagged!😆 Good'un Dan!

Back in 2020 I bought a whole lot o' stuff from Far East Flix. He has so many I'd been looking for for a while, even since I'd read and re-read and re-read again the great book "Asian Cult Cinema".
Awesome stuff Mr. Dan, I am not opposed to POD media but luckily the stuff I have wanted has been somewhat available lol for ex. went down a rabbit hole looking for "Stone Cold" and come to find out Kino released the blu ray lmao.
Thanks for the feedback - I’ve done the same thing with many titles only to find they’re available somewhere. So the POD route will most likely be a very rare thing as I’ve gotten better at looking.
I have mixed feelings on M.O.D. titles. I've purchased some from the film maker themselves, but only one or two outside of that. Depending on the label and situation with the rights, it may be a gray area. Incidentally, I have Kino Lorber's version of 'The Ghost Breakers' and love it! I'm hoping for a full fledged 'Invasion of the Saucer Men' soon, as they're one of my favorite creature designs, as a kid. 💙🎃

I have a Blu-ray of the night comes for us coming from China off of eBay. It’s a Netflix movie that never got any kind of physical release anywhere as far as I know. I’ll let you know how it goes when I get it.😂
Right you never know - my wife brought back some DVDs in paper sleeves from China - I think all of them played but some of them had descriptions of the wrong movie on the sleeve. 😂 Good luck.
