ViveS is a media that offers newsletters focused on Women in Work Life. These newsletters focus in particular on Money, Work, Equality and Inspiration. In collaboration with Microsoft, ViveS wanted to design a chatbot, in order to generate enthusiasm for their subscribers.
Thanks to innovations in Artificial Intelligence in natural language, the search for information and interaction with conversational assistants has greatly improved. The implementation of automation processes, as well as the facilitation of customer management thanks to language models, the technology underlying modern chatbots, aroused the curiosity of ViveS Media, which wanted to find a new way to provide information to its subscribers. The chatbot will allow users to chat with a friendly assistant who will assist them by answering their questions whatever they may be. ViveS Media will be able to build customer loyalty, increase the visibility of its articles as well as receive an opinion on the articles and the recommendation system.
