My family is from that mountain, the Açor mountain. Açor is a brid that flies in the high lands. Piodão is one of the most dramatic cenaries of Portugal, say the legend that is the place that the murders of the queen Ines de Castro hide from the fury of the king Dom Pedro the first. My childhood memoreis of my summer vacacions are from that mountain, were i eat the delicous goad chesse, the cooking made in stone ovens, and special the Chanfana (made from the old goads) and the Torresmos (made with varoius parts of pork meat). I learn to swim in the Ceira river where we catch trouts with my cousins, that ends in the Mondego near Coimbra.
