They include, but are not limited to, precisehire, verisys, and infocubic. I honestly can not recommend a specific one. Anyone from the gallery have ideas that may be helpful to richG?

Q: TheRock Petra asks, "... what kind of database searches everyone works with?" A: I use the following - TLOxp, Accurint, LexisNexis, Pacer, Delvpoint, and others. I don't use them all on every case. There are a lot of fantastic resources out there for PIs. I'd love to see some other ideas here.
