@ChristianRauchenwald Hell yea. Just waiting for it to transfer my balance to mainnet. Any idea how long that's been taking? I want to tell people on there about this who are having trouble but there are a lot of weird little rules and I don't want to risk what I've earned.
Anywhere from just a few days to months. Those migrations are still triggered manually by the team and nobody knows if there is a fixed interval or if they happen randomly. I'd assume that by the end of this year the migrations will also be automated and go faster for everyone but until that's the case there is nothing you can do but wait until the coins show up in your wallet.
Something is wrong with the KYC system 😢. 4 years and 512 mining sessions and still no KYC invitation. 4 forms submissions on KYC access but still no response. Not even an acknowledgement or reference number. I have only 1 account. Change the algorithm. Thanks for listening! Majority of Pioneers have KYC issues!
Thank you very much. I started 2-3 years ago but I totally forgot about Pi because I changed my cellphone, but when I reinstalled it and see that I have 620 Pi (half of it is unverified) and looked at the estimated value of a Pi, I was like OMG, I have to make it work.
Thank you for keeping us update on the projects...my opinion for PI Team on those awaiting to be kyc approved...that the system should be refresh every 2 months, let says I submitted my documents for kyc within 2 months and for some reasons system couldn't proceed with my application either the error from me or the system by refreshing the kyc system and ask the pioneer to resubmit to enable them fixed errors from their ends and give rooms for others to review their documents or submission.
Personally, I think the best solution would be if the system told you "Sorry, our AI wasn't able to verify the documents and data you provided. Would you like to wait until our AI improved or submit new data?". But, it is what it is, and while it's easy to say now "well it would be better like this", one has to admit that what the team built is quite impressive for a first version.
@@ChristianRauchenwald yes. It's impressive for the first of it kind project and they've come this far....I myself I am awaiting to be kyc approved, I signed up under you
Iv had kyc for nearly 2 years submitted it and got it within days I think it all depends on which country you come from I'm in the UK most of the people who are on my referral also got their kyc within days after submitting
I think it's more about what type of document you use. IMHO international passports get processed faster than other forms of ID that might be country specific... but at the end of the day, we all can just guess what causes the difference in processing time.
Brother Christian, Thanks for the update. I submitted my KYC application over one year ago but up till now no approval. What is the cause of the delay approval?
Not sure yet what to believe regards this issue. From what I did see till now loads of old pioneers have this issue, I hope is not just a scheme to take out the big wallets from use. How they can flag an account without providing any evidence? Everything is very vague
My account is both old and with a bigger balance and I had no problem getting it verified, so that would be strong evidence against the "not just a scheme to take out the big wallets from use" idea. Besides that, if they'd show why exactly an account got flagged it would make it much easier for those that actually violated the rules to come up with suitable excuses. Yes, it's annoying that some legitimate users got falsely flagged, but sadly that can't be avoided if the team wants to make sure that fake accounts don't make it onto the mainnet.
I go to pi kyc via pi browser But they say the following: Thanks for showing interest in kyc application however there are no free slots available A notification will be sent once it's available Should I wait for the notification PS I heard that they started mass kyc but I am still not able to start kyc application Should I wait for the notification? Since I already sent the application which should be done in case the algorithm deems my account to be fake
I understand how this can feel unfair, but as mentioned, no matter how good Pi's algorithm is there'll always be some false positives. While it sucks that you are among them, it's overall also good for you that Pi is doing whatever it can to prevent fake accounts from getting their Pi because it prevents those users that used fake accounts from unlocking any of their coins which denies them their unfair advantage and reduces the circulating supply at the same time. Just think about what could be the reason that got you flagged as well, submit and honest answer via the form, and wait for the team to review it.
Sir my question is how can my account be regarded as fake l used your invitation code to join...and l invited alot of pioneers who have been kyced already but l have not been for almost 2years now???
Using my invitation code doesn't mean that you'll automatically pass every check. While it sucks, it can't be avoided that some legitimate users also get flagged by the system, and just as mentioned in the video, you'll just have to submit the form mentioned in the video and the team will then review it and unlock KYC for your account as well.
Hello, i have been trying to complete my KYC for months but have been stuck in the 3 phase which is the video liveness thereby leaving my KYC incomplete, what do I do please?
Tt hasn't been too long ago appears to happen manually which means it might take some time until your submission gets reviewed but also means that a human being is going to see your submission and based on that and the data pine network has one there and then make a decision
Leaving the same comment multiple times does nothing but waste my time. That said, there is nothing I can do to help an individual user with their application. All you have to do is open KYC.pi/? in the Pi Browser and submit your application. Once you've submitted it simply wait.
Please help me. Whenever I try to mine again after 24 hours, it requests I do KYC, it leads me to the pi browser and when I try to do KYC, it is tucked at "LOGGING IN" with the cycle spinning non-stop.
hello, I completed the form because i have the same problem, the kyc app does not open. My question is when and how will I know that the core team has answer me?
When I launch the KYC I have a message that appears "Sorry, we have reached the current participation limit" and then nothing so I cannot start the KYC procedure. How to solve this problem ?
Hello Bro Chris, I have situations that I've passed KYC and got migrated lock up duration for 3 years & I got some transferable balance unmigrated yet even I only locked for 25% for two weeks. Since then, already passed 2 weeks but transferable balance havent migrated yet ... is it according to my security circle havent passed their KYC yet or it will be migrated eventhough my security circle not passed their KYC yet? Thank you in advanced ...
The balance in the Pi Network app will migrate at some point. Right now does migrations happen manually, so it can be in a week or in a couple of months. The balance already in your wallet can be moved to the available balance after the lockup is over, see ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5CyRcsORo5w.html&
@@ChristianRauchenwald thank you very much sir, I really needed this answer and i appreciate sir, cause I logged in my account in four different devices
I don't understand the question here. If you have had at least 30 mining sessions, KYC should be available to you. If it's not, then your account got flagged, and you have to submit the form, as explained in the video.
I've tried to make all the steps but got stucked at the KYC step. When i enter it says that they've reached the limit for the current application. My questions are... Does anybody knows if this is temporarily? Is this made on sessions and will be open for another sesion of register? KYC application is limited (x number of persons only)? If i can do the KYC application and i am verified.. will i be able to move the verified pi from Pi app to my wallet?
Just lean back and wait... if only 1% of 45 million users would be affected it would mean that the team has to process 450,000 submissions, so it will definitely take at least a couple of weeks.

I also have same issues concerning this. I changed my smartphone and I had to login my pi account but I forgot my password. So I had to create another account so I don't miss out. Recently I recovered my old pi account and decided to let go of the new one I created, now I'm stuck at the KYC registration
What do you mean with "stuck"? Maybe post in the Fireside forum or at www.reddit.com/r/PiNetwork/? and provide some details like which phone you are using and what exactly is happening at which step of the process.
hello Christian Rauchenwald. I think I got the link to pi from you. I had finished my kyc and placed in all my documents but unfortunately I lost my account I cant remember how i signed up, but luckily I had installed pi node. so I still have some bit of my account though am not sure on how to retrieve it. I would like you to help me out please.
Pi already has a monetary value 😉 see ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZvzAayrrmbI.html& or ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iUbqXhDN-cc.html&
The provided link, not able to open the kyc application form link in the pi browser, says "This page could not be loaded". P.S - not able to do kyc from the pi browser, getting logging in.. loader and loader get stuck.
I'm curious which red flags you are talking about here considering that the team so far delivered on everything they promised and that Pi is being used in transactions daily already, like in ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iUbqXhDN-cc.html& or ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZvzAayrrmbI.html& @Christopher, the answer to your question is ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tLhKUcPbcmg.html&
And without KYC users could create hundreds of fake accounts to gain more coins than those that don't know how to do that or simply are honest. In short, KYC is necessary and a benefit for every user in this case, as it makes sure there are no people that gain an unfair advantage.
Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, I don't know why the migration takes that long for some users :/ Did you already post in www.reddit.com/r/PiNetwork? to see if someone there already knows why it seems to only take a few weeks for most and months for some others?
Keep an eye on the "Community" section of the channel. There I ask from time to time which projects to review and then I pick whichever project receives the most votes or seems to have the most potential.
🤦♂️ come on... why would you spam the team with five submissions. That helps no one and just makes sure that the team needs even more time to review all submissions. Patience is the key here...
