I actually like this, the beat is good and I love how they mashed in their voices. it's a cute as song and can imagine the storyline behind it. I think they did well on this cover
Pia Mia has such a great voice that there's literally no need at all for her to use as much autotune as she does... I wouldn't say that this version's better than Craig Davids either but her cover with Krept and Konan goes in!
this is a great cover, but nothing can top Craig David's version! happy they remade such a good song though as everyone seemed to have forgotten about it :(
Here is the thing. People saying this cover is better than the original are majority of them who are from 1995- and on, while people saying the original is better including myself , are people below 1995. Age makes a difference in some occasions.

I’m 96 but the original is definitely better. I think most Brits would agree (regardless of age) cuz this was played a lot and has been a classic at like every party, in the clubs etc - Craig David has always been big in the U.K., especially with anyone born before 2000
I feel like Austin really feels the music, the lyrics of the song and he puts his heart into singing the song and that's what makes his part unique and beautiful . Pia has a georgous voice and auto tune didn't ruin it made it more appropriated for the song . they both did an amazing job , why do you guys hate on this video, it's music :)

I really love this rendition of this song. I actually like it better than the original. This is a good way to introduce this new generation to old music. I actually think that the lyrics are creative. My type of writing. What most of you don't know is this song is like 14 or 15 years old. It came out in 2000 or 2001. Music has evolved since then. For those of you who don't like it check out some older songs and then listen to this again. A little music education doesn't hurt nobody. I'm gonna be 21 in June and I absolutely love any music from 1970-1999. I have an appreciation for older music and how its going to be around for years. People keep on doing these old songs their own way. I don't know if you know but Mariah Cary did I Want To Know What Love Is in an R&B style in I think 2008-2009 on her record Obsessed, that is an 80s legendary rock and roll record by Foreigner its from 1984. I'm not telling you to change your opinion about this version of a 15 year old song but to have an appreciation of these young artist who are big in this day and age for taking a risk and doing an old popular record their way. My opinion, go ahead and bash me for it. I just thought I would state what I think and hope it opens some eyes.
I like the original but I don't have to say that this is "auto tuned crap" like honestly go check out pia Mia singing fill me in live and u find out she has a perfect voice, she just decides to use a lot of auto tune in her videos. I watch many of her live ones which I prefer better. But just my opinion
Her voice is so underated if u listen to her singing in her room no music her voice is amazing dont know why shes not as big as ariana grande because het voice is just as big xxxx
