Thanks just a new brake lever and rear foot peg, I managed to slither past the car in the middle of the road as he just stopped there rather than ploughing into the side of him, but lost my balance at the end of braking hard and had to bring her down at low speed, could not keep her up, weird the left brake lever took all the impact bent right round, mirrors and bar ends fine, just my luck, I was in the wrong place at the wrong time Bike nearly 600 miles now so first service coming up It's a great cool ride, as my journey to work is a 20 mile trip 4 days a week saves me the petrol money in car For work purposes every rider should get an electric moped or motorcycle it would save them money there are a lot used out there now
can you please help me with the combination of buttons to delete the maintenance icon. I'm getting close to 1000km and i don't wanna have it there. My nearest service is 350km away :(( Much appreciated man, liked and subscribed
HI, I TOOK MINE IN FOR ITS FIRST SERVICE at 600 miles, they plug a diagnostic into the obd socket which updates and resets the spanner icon, on dash, i asked at the time and there is no secret button press, im sorry
@@gabiungureanu4296 I would suggest to give nearest Piaggio dealer a ring to see if the obd reader they use could be sent to your local motorcycle dealer, or even contact local motorcycle dealer, a standard obd reader has the facility to reset fault codes on cars or bikes, run your hand down front of your seat to the floorboard, you will see three screw holes that hold a panel in place, behind the panel are fuses and the obd port that is used for diagnostics, it's a standard obd port that all manufacturers use, or email Piaggio of there website which your situation see if they have a work around
Hi yes I do, but using car at moment as 10 mile ride to work is too cold at 64 everything as new 600 mile service was £67 at Piaggio Croydon so well worth the money you save
Hi. Nice review. What are the service intervals after the 600 mile one and how much are the services? Is the insurance the same as a petrol moped/scooter? Many thanks.@@michaelphillips1959
@@tobias13100 my 600 mile service was done last year by ducati croyden who are piaggio dealers cost of £65 they said just bring it back in 2 years as there are no service intervals milage wise, so thats what i will do, the bike done 1400 miles now, did not use over winter as my 20 mile trip to work and back did not warrant me getting soaked befroe shift so used car, the bike is still performing as it should, all nuts and bolts etc are good no rust anywhere except surface rust under the main stand which is normal for all bikes , there was a software update at 600 mile service and max speed is 42 mph and when you go below 30% battery now the power inhibitor kicks in a little so max speed is 35mph but thats it all good
