actually playing piano for a living can result in terrible hand issues. My Grandmother was a concert pianist and at 55 she ended up getting RA and now all her fingers cross over one another and she can barely lift a pencil let alone play the piano anymore :/ Sad thing is she now has dementia and has fits of rage when she thinks she is young again and looks at her hands only to discover her problem....

not exactly what perfect pitch is. perfect pitch is just an absolute sense of what pitch a sound is. the phenomenon is more of an intuitive sense rather than memorization. someone with perfect pitch would tell you if a sound was out of tune or produce an in tune pitch on command anyone can memorize things, almost every musician can learn to memorize song fairly quickly, however someone who doesn't have perfect pitch has to train their ear over time to get it close to someone with perfect pitch and even then, they will still slip up every now and then.
